2024 Cyber Circuit Youth Esports Competition – December Edition

Game/Platform: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (Nintendo Switch)
Admission: FREE
Tournament Format:
Grand Prix Races: Each player competes in a series of 4-race Grand Prix events.
Points System: Players earn points based on their finishing position in each race.
Elimination Rounds: Depending on attendance, we’ll use elimination or group advancement for the finals.
Final Races: Top scorers will compete in a final 4-race Grand Prix to crown the champion!
Game Settings: Standard tournament rules (150cc, no smart steering, items on, balanced courses).
Who Can Participate?
This event is open to all skill levels—whether you’re a seasoned racer or new to Mario Kart, everyone is welcome! The recommended participant age range is 10-17 years old. All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the premises for the duration of the event.
What to Bring?
All equipment and materials will be provided, including Nintendo Switch consoles, controllers, and game setups. Just bring yourself, your competitive spirit, and some holiday cheer! We’ll have light snacks and water available, but please eat beforehand or bring additional snacks if desired, as meals will not be provided.
